Fox Metro Enforced State Discharge Standards

Fox Metro is required to enforce State of Illinois Pretreatment Program requirements. Ordinance 517 incorporates these by reference. The reader should consult Title 35 of the Illinois Administrative Code, Parts 307 and 310 to see which of these regulations may apply under a given set of circumstances.
